Hayward launched Commonquest Consulting, a boutique consulting practice, specializing in improving individual and team performance through coaching, in 2007. This was in response to an increasing demand from successful professionals seeking to further develop their soft skills, as well as those of key staff. His work with Commonquest Consulting is focused primarily on the following areas: Organization Change Management, Leadership Development and Personal/Professional Coaching.
He is a professional coach, trainer and speaking coach with over twenty years of high impact consulting experience with organizations and individuals. Hayward specializes in soft skill building and team/leadership development. He is an award winning speaker who has helped hundreds of professionals improve their public speaking and presentation skills.
